This rate applies to all shipments of Grass, Clover, Millet, Sorghum and Dwarf Essex Rape Seeds, whether in car or less than car lots, from Minneapolis to points above mentioned,subject, however, to a minimum charge of 15 cents per 100 lbs. in less than car lots, and 10 cents per 100 lbs. on car loads of 24,000 lbs. or over.
