Chef making duck appetizers during a business expo in the USA


Wallingford CT USA-- Will Talamelli, executive chef at Press 200 in New Haven puts the finishing touches on a Duck Confit Salad for people to taste at the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce 2010 Business Expo. The expo had a new feature this year called "Taste the Chamber" with samples from dozens of area restaurants.
