Set in the same grounds as the "Sultan bin Zayed Fort", the "Al-Ain Museum" houses a vast collection of exhibits some dating back to "2nd millennium BC". (Hili Settlement/Civilisation/excavations). The fort is well worth a visit just to imagine life here in earlier times. The fort also has a super collection of important historic photographs. If planning a trip to the UAE, Al-Ain is well worth a if possible, a longer stay in this delightful area.
