An elegant young man dressed in a justaucorps, kamizool and knee pants, in pensive attitude sitting at a table with writing utensils. He carries long curled hair to over the shoulders (allonial capsule) and has his hat with feather in hand. Accessories: Cravate from side with bows, rollers, shoes with buckles and heels. The print is part of a series of approx. 20 costume prints issued by Gérard (II) Jollain, Paris, 1688.
