Kelly Field, San Antonio, Texas. In December 1918, a plane with the serial number 33930 suffered damage during a bad landing. The pilot's overalls became caught in the control, preventing the plane from banking correctly. As a result, the bow wing struck the ground, causing minor damage to the aircraft. Luckily, no injuries were sustained by the pilots.
