Three months before a scheduled Formula One race in mid-November, contractors are working round the clock to complete turn one the Circuit of the Americas racetrack in central Texas outside Austin. The mile track features a sharp uphill in turn one followed by a severe left hand turn after the 113-foot rise. the uphill is Turn One.
