This woman is the third wife of the current Basutu Chief in this village in South Africa they have a nickname for her which means "begged for', the reason for this is that the chiefs second wife begged the chief to take her as his third wife. Each of the Chiefs Wives have a house all to themselves, as does the Chief. These people have very interesting houses, which are called rondavals by the locals. Free State, South Africa.
