Wings pointed, but not longer than tho tail; inner quills not folding over much of the primaries; Hd and 4th primaries longest, 2d and 5tli shorter, 1st nuich shorter still. Tail of soft rather tapering feathers, with very obtuso ends; much graduated. Tibial ft^athors flowing; tarsi naked, shorter than middle toe.
