Inthe same year (1867) I moved my fam-ily to Price (formerly Heberville), fivemiles from St. George, where I havefollowed farming for a livelihood. Ihave had the privilege of performingconsiderable Temple work for my rela-tives who have passed beyond the veil. DUPFIN, James a president ofthe Ninth quorum of Seventy, is the sonof Isaac DufRn and Mary Fielding, andwas born in Salt Lake City, Utah, May30, 1860. In the fall of 1862, in obedi-ence to a call from the authorities ofthe Church, his parents moved to. Washington county, Utah, locating atthe town of Toquerville, where hishome has been since that time. Hewas baptized June 25, 1871, by ElderSeth Johnson, was ordained an ElderJan. 19, 1881, by William Faucett, andthe same day he married Mary in the St. George the years 1882 and 1883, andagain in 1893 and 1894, he attended theB. Y. Academy at Provo. He was or-dained a Seventy by Levi Savage June28, 1885, and set apart as apresident of Seventy in the 9thquorum, March 3, 1895, by JonathanGolden Kimball. July 5, 1887, he was set apart as a missionary to the South-ern States by Franklin D. Richards. Hereturned from that mission In 1889.
