PITI, Guam (April 19, 2017) The submarine tender USS Emory S. Land (AS-39) and the Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Topeka (SSN 754) are pierside in their home port at Polaris Point, Guam. Guam is home to four forward-deployed submarines and both of the Navy's submarine tenders in Apra Harbor, Guam.
