Order of Malta - A glass carafe of an Italian professed knight, circa 1870/80, probably the Borgia family. Mouth-blown glass, very fine enamel colour painting, probably of Venetian origin. The front with a family coat of arms (three stars or and a bull gules) on a Maltese Cross and in the sash of the Grand Cross of the Order of Saint Gregory. Attached are the crosses of the Order of the Italian Crown, the Papal Order of Christ, the Knight's Order of Saints Maurice and Lazarus, the Mexican Order of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the French Order of the Legion of Honour ,
