This elegant native of our hill-sides deserves more attention fromplanters than it now receives, fewflowering-shrubs equalling it forgrouping in large grounds or assingle plants in small gardens. Itsgraceful habit of growth, its deep-green leaves, and its showers ofblue or white panicles of sweet-scented blossoms make it effectivein any garden.
