Referees stand ready prior to the Garrison March Madness basketball tournament final game as team All Stars play against team Thunder Cats held at the Camp Liberty field house March 18-27. The All Stars defeated the Thunder Cats 64-59 to win the tournament. The game started March 26 but due to Iraqi celebratory gun fire from the announcement of the Iraqi national election results, the game had to be stopped and then continued March 27.
