William Clarke, visits USS Lassen (DDG 82) as Lassen's Culinary Specialists participate in one week of training delivered by NAVSUP FLC Jacksonville's Navy Food Management Team (NFMT). In-person NFMT training resumed at Naval Station Mayport after nearly one year of remote delivery, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
