The 689th Network Operations Squadron’s guidon is unfurled during an activation and Assumption of Command ceremony Feb. 12, at Gunter Annex. The 689th is now commanded by Maj. Kevin Deibler and is the Air Force’s newest unit in the Cyber Fight.
