Fort Ebey is a large state park in excess of 600 acres on the western side of Whidbey Island near the town of Coupeville, Washington. It lies within the Ebey's Landing National Historic Preserve. The Strait of Juan de Fuca is a body of water that provides the outlet for the Salish Sea to the Pacific Ocean. The boundary between the United States and Canada runs down the middle of the strait.
