Carol Tschida, Commander of the Expeditionary Contract Command-Afghanistan (ECC-A) on Dec. 1, 2016 in Bagram Airfield to discuss ways to improve the partnership between CSTC-A and ECC-A in order to keep our Soldiers and civilians ready to support the Afghan counterparts. The ECC provides operationally-enabling direct contracting support to CSTC-A, United States Forces (USFOR-A) and other warfighters across the full spectrum of military operations in Afghanistan.
