As in other new construction, the company uses as itsstandard a No. 0000 grooved trolley wire. The poles areof chestnut, 48 ft. long and spaced 100 ft. apart on tangenttrack, the spacing on curves reaching a minimum of 42 are set 7 ft. 6 in. away from the nearest construction is used throughout, and strain platesare employed in the trolley construction at the beginning.
