Pyne, , , , Minister of Education, Department of Education, Toronto. Sir,—I have the honour to submit herewith my ninth annual report on Tech-nical Education, including Manual Training, Household Science and Art Instruc-tion, as carried on in the Schools of Ontario during the year ending 31st December,1909. The last report issued was well received, and judging by the newspaper com-ments and copious extracts, has done something to help the movement along. ThePicton Times, in its advocacy of Technical Education reprinted the whole of thereport with many of the illustrations1. In its introduction it said: Through the courtesy of the Department of Education The Times is able toreproduce the illustrated report on Technical Education of Inspector Leake, whovisited Picton two years ago. This report is worthy of serious study b
