The annual show of the Peterborough AgriciJ-tural Society was held last week, opening oniuesday and finishing on Thursday. Last year therewas a record attendance, and tlie Society did his year it has been extremely unfortunate in theweatlier, the opening day being particularly dull,depressing and wet, and the yard was quickly cutlip by foot and other traffic. The judging pro-gramme, however, was carried through, and theshow as a whole was quite up to the Peterboroughstandard, although in some of the classes we haveseen larger entries.
