Students learn how to integrate gender into military operations during the Operational Gender Advisor Course hosted by Southern Command in Doral, Florida, Dec. 6, 2018. The class of 20 military and civilians students receive joint credit for completing this five-day course which supports the training mandate in the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Act of 2017 and the National Action Plan on WPS.
