UNITED STATES - 10-23-2018: The low water bridge on Beaverdam Bridge Road just outside the Village of Philomont. This photo was taken well after dark and if you look close you can see stars in the sky. Because the moon was full it was reflecting enough light from the sun to make the sky blue during the long timed exposure. (Photo by Douglas Graham/WLP)
