The Tomb of Imam Hussein in Cairo. It is believed that the head of the Prophet's (pbuh) grandson is burried here.

There are two views about where imam Hussein's head is buried. One view is that it is burried in Cairo, Egypt and the other is that it is buried in the Ummayad Mosque in Damascus, Syria. The rest of his body is buried in Karbala, Iraq.
