The Older Technic of Blood-pressure Determinations.—The hollowarmlet, applied midway between shoulder and elbow, is inflated by the handbulb until the radial pulse is lost, then by the outlet thumb-screw the pres-sure is lowered until the pulse return is just perceptible.
