Memorial to Adelaide Brownlow on the green at Little Gaddesden, Hertfordshire. Adelaide, the wife of Adelbert, 3rd Earl Brownlow, was born in 1844, married in 1868, and died in 1917. Adelaide was the daughter of Henry, 18th Earl of Shrewsbury & Talbot. The memorial bears the words “Mercy And Truth Have Met Together”, and “Righteousness and Peace Have Kissed each Other”
