Sculptor Bruce Williams works on Springline a set of curvacious water-inspired steel railings and gates destined for a public park where natural springs first used by the Romans still bubble up. The project for Havant in Hampshire is employing four artists including Williams as part of a national incentive by the office of the Deputy Prime Minister to improve design in urban spaces
