NEW GERMAN FLYING BOAT - [Picture issued March 1943] The 6-engined flying boat Blohm & Voss , which has lately been introduced into the German Air Force, is mainly intended to carry freight and personnel. The cantilever wing of 150 feet span is a typical Blohm & Voss design. It carries the six radial engines in line-abreat. The lateral stabilising floats are partially retractable and powered armament is installed.
