Caslow, of Halifax, attended his first course oflectures at Burlington, Vt., the second at the Uni-versity of Maryland, where he graduated March 9,1867. He at first located at York, afterwards re-moved to Augusta, Pa., and at the end of three yearsbecame a resident of Lykens, where he continues inthe practice of his profession.
