Breaking Waves at Boar Island Rock

Following an overnight sail from Ingonish Nova Scotia, S/V Lord's Prayer enters the Burgeo Newfoundland Archipelago; she motorsails past the lighted whistle buoy by Boar Island Rock; this rock is actually an underwater pinnacle that protrudes straight up from surrounding depths that vary between 300' - 1,000' and it just barely emerges a couple of feet above the water's surface. Newfoundland's SW Coast is visible in the background.
