Ted Wiederholt, commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Shoup (DDG 86) oversees sea and anchor detail while departing Naval Base San Diego. Shoup is attached to Carrier Strike Group 11 and is currently underway participating in the Admiral's Group Sail.
