At Corps Conta, a unit of the 7th army at the prislopsattel with the generals of Conta and Generalmajor Burckhart Archduzog Karl, June 1916 was on, upper-commander of a sub-section of the Eastern Front and commanded several armies between Brody and the Carpathians. As part of this commander, Archduke Karl inspected his associated units.
