Hurricane Katrina, Bay St. Louis, Miss., November 7, 2005 -- Dr. Kim Stasny, Superintendent (blue shirt) cuts the ribbon to re-open North Bay Elementary school along with students, teachers and representatives of FEMA and the Army Corps of Engineers. Waveland/Bay St. Louis schools have been closed since the landfall of Hurricane Katrina on August 29th.
