Greer, deputy commanding general, Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), conducted an Officer Professional Development (ODP) briefing during Command Post Exercise – Functional (CPX-) 21-02 at Fort McCoy, Wis., June 7, 2021.
