SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia (Nov. 2, 2016) - Royal Cambodian Navy sailors observe Marines from 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment as they depart on zodiac boats for a beach raid demonstration during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia, 2016. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the Navy, Marine Corps, and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
