Mitra from a grenadier of the VOC, headgear of black-headed red and indigo blue cloth. Edged with (worn) goldgalon, on top small hanging brush of supposedly gold thread. Front yellow metal front plate ajour beaten, on which the Dutch lion, with in its claws sword and bundle of arrows, above the stadtholder's crown. Below the lion are the letters , flags crossed around the lion. Remnants of fire gilding on the plate and on a grenade (ornament) hanging on the plate.
