NORTH SEA (June 3rd, 2017) - Midshipman 3rd Class Harlan Ticatch, from Houston, loads ammunition for the 5-inch gun during a training exercise aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG 95). James E. Williams, home-ported in Norfolk, Virginia, is on a routine deployment to the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
