The money re-ceived by the Committee for MenBlinded in Battle up to Jan. 15, 1917,amounted to $137,, and thetotal cost of securing- and of hand-ling: these funds amounted to only.$3, This sets a new record fol-low cost of collection and adminis-tration, being only a little over 2 percent. ,.
