A long discussion was entered into concerning the progress of the campaign. There seemed to be a desire, it was re- ported, on the part of contributors to the campaign for detailed information as to the conduct of the campaign, both finan- cially and as to the advertising engaged in. Major O'Keefe was requested, and he agreed, to furnish a sufficient number of copies of all advertisements appear- ing in the magazines for distribution to all subscribers to the campaign and mem- bers of the S. A. F. Secrctarv Young suggested that in addition he be author- ized to publish with his letters to the traile papers a memo of the disburse- ments made each month, so that every- one interested might know just how the funds were being disbursed. The secre- tary was asked to request all allied asso- ciations to send copies of their adver- tisements both to him and the secretary of the National Flower Growers' Asso- ciation.
