Unmanned surface vehicle
Saildrone Explorer solar-powered unmanned surface vessel (USV) sailing in the Gulf of Aqaba off of Jordan's coast, during US Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT) exercise Digital Horizon. Measuring 7 metres in length and with a wing height of 5 metres, the Saildrone explorer has been used for autonomous mapping of the sea. Photographed on the 12th December 2021.
