Weymouth, Dorset, UK. 19th February 2014. Mid February work goes on at Weymouth to attempt to improve the flood defences following the recent storms. Here we see work at Preston Beach Here people try to gain access to the beach or walk along the promenade. However, much to their frustration, these are closed because of flood defence work.
