Sgt. John Myers, EOD team leader, assigned to Forward Operating Base Ghazni, opens a box of C4 at an undisclosed location in Ghazni province, Afghanistan. EOD control detonated over 400lbs of munitions from various sources, such as, the Small Rewards Program, turned in munitions from locals, parts of IEDs that could not be blown up in place, or faulty rockets that did not fire properly.
