Galena, AK, June 12, 2014 Federal Coordinating Officer Willie Nunn (C) greets volunteer Keith Smith (R) who is building Cold Climate Homes for the disaster survivors that are eligible for FEMA assistance. Each one of the homes will take approximately 8 weeks to complete and are being built concurrently by volunteers from Samaritans Purse and United Methodist Volunteers in Mission, while FEMA pays for materials and shipping.
