Carl Peterson, the "hyacinth king," is now bringing in Dutch hyacinths and tulips which sell readily. J. A. Vandervoort, representing C. J. Speelman & Sons, was the first "Dutch- man" to call this year. Haugen & Swanson have fine violets. Their Princess of Wales are the largest seen here. O.
