Chairman, the stockmen from Nevada and California who are temporary licensees under the Taylor Grazing Act have hot â¢caucused in reference to the following, hut have made these suggestions. They offer them for your consideration, and although when they do caucus they may .change their present stand on these matters. . '. The licensees under, the Taylor Grazing .Act of California Districts No; -1 and No. 2; Nevada No. 1 and 2, are net in a position to pay fees for grazing at- this time, unless: 1. In consultation with credit- agencies they will agree to allow the- ' 'increased amount necessary in the stockmen's budgets.
