ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 2, 2016) An F/A-18E Super Hornet from the "Tomcatters" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 31 takes off from the flight deck aboard the aircraft carrier USS George Bush (CVN 77). GHWB is underway conducting a Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) with the George Bush Carrier Strike Group in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
