Pillared windows in a "library" with trees growing out of the ruins of Beng Mealea (or Bung Mealea) temple, Cambodia, Asia. The Beng Mealea (meaning Lotus Pond) temple is located just under 80kms east of Siem Reap. This sandstone temple was originally Hindu and was probably built at about the same time as Angkor Wat in the early 12th century during the rule of King Suryavarman II.
