Joint Base San Antonio members take part in the Excellence in Competition Pistol Shoot, May 20, 2022, at JBSA Chapman Annex, Texas. The EIC Program is an awards program recognizing marksmanship, open to any Air Force Active Duty, Air Force Reserve or Air Force National Guard members. Individuals can be awarded a badge by earning points in marksmanship competitions hosted by military services, the Civilian Marksmanship Program or the National Rifle Association.
