Army Lt. General Timothy J. Kadavy, Director of the Army National Guard, gives a speech during a Transfer of Authority Ceremony on Fort George G. Meade, Md., Aug. 15th, 2017. The ceremony signifies the first cyber protection mission transfer to an Army Reserve and Army National Guard Task Force comprised of Soldiers across seven States.
