The road systemof this, province connects ^Yith the provinces of Manila, Cavite, Bulacdn, Tdrlac,Nueva Ecija, and Bataan. POPULATION AND TOWNS. The population numbers 223,922 inhabitants, the great majority are a few Ilocanos. In the mountains are a few Negritos or Aetas, calledBalugas in the language of Pampanga. The Pampangos have their own language,which is used exclusively in this province. The natives of other races and also theBalugaa who trade in the towns are familiar with Pampango.
