Virgin River near Weeping Wall in the spring, Zion National Park, Utah

Zion National Park is the USA's oldest national park, designated in 1919. The Virgin River system has carved many canyons through the sandstone, and in the spring the cottonwoods along the river bank are a vibrant green.
